Canvas
- Led the university-wide evaluation of Quinnipiac’s LMS, including survey design, platform demos, stakeholder engagement, and final recommendations to leadership.
- Managed the ongoing implementation of Canvas, overseeing opt-in strategy, timeline coordination, and faculty communications. Developed a structured workflow to handle over 1,100 migration-related requests.
- Partnered with technical teams and external consultants to ensure Canvas setup aligned with university goals, branding standards, and faculty training strategies.
- Led QILT’s collaboration with Instructure to develop a custom Canvas course template for university-wide use.
AI
- Created the “AI at Quinnipiac” hub to centralize guidance, resources, and tools for responsible AI use in teaching and learning.
- Co-led campus-wide AI education initiatives, delivering 10+ interactive workshops and presentations for faculty, staff, students, and senior leadership to promote ethical and effective generative AI adoption.
Media
- Led the ideation of QILT’s new brand identity in partnership with Marketing & Communications, highlighting QILT’s connective role across the university.
- Established the Learning Media arm of QILT, developing workflows, templates, and team expectations to support consistent, high-quality media production.
- Facilitated workshops on digital story production and instructional media tools to build faculty and student media skills.
- Participated in planning and design meetings for the new one-button studio in the School of Business, collaborating with AV teams, contractors, and school leadership.
Web Design
- Designed, produced, and launched the QILT website, improving faculty access to resources and receiving strong positive feedback from the university community.
- Supported the launch of a QILT landing page on QU.edu to increase visibility, search prominence, and traffic to QILT.qu.edu.
